The academic Brain Brawl at Patrick Henry High School in San Diego has been added to the event calendar; it is scheduled for Saturday, February 13. This will be a qualifier for the Super Brain Brawl.

Weekly Update: 10/14
This week:
- The 2009 Annual Military Inspection will be this Thursday, December 17. Participation is mandatory; all cadets will be excused from their morning classes in order to attend. Please be well prepared for this event.
- The uniform for this Thursday will be Winter Blue and Service Dress Blue for authorized cadets. Those performing in the Color Guard will wear Service Dress Blue.
- Winter Recess begins on Monday, December 21 and continues until Friday, January 1. Enjoy your two weeks!
Event Update: Coronado Brain Brawl
Due to issues with transportation, Pacifica High School NJROTC will not be attending the academic Brain Brawl at Coronado High School this Saturday. It has been removed from the event calendar.

This week:
- The rehearsal for the Annual Military Inspection will be on Thursday, December 10.
- There is no uniform day this week.
- The academic Brain Brawl at Coronado High School is this Saturday, December 12. The uniform will be the grey Pacifica NJROTC t-shirt and blue jeans. Those attending should have their permission slips signed and returned as soon as possible.
